Delivery

Venav-e delivers anywhere in South Africa. Orders ship from our Tzaneen warehouse via The Courier Guy, with tracking provided once your parcel is collected.

Dispatch

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–3 business days of being confirmed. Trade account orders are dispatched once the order is released against your account.

Delivery timeframes quoted by the courier are estimates. Outlying areas and farm addresses can take longer than main centres, and The Courier Guy may apply a surcharge to regional addresses.

Delivery cost

Delivery is quoted at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and the destination. You see the cost before you confirm.

Collection

You are welcome to collect from 245 Lushof, Tzaneen, 0850, South Africa. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before travelling.

On arrival

Check your order before signing. Note any visible damage or shortage on the waybill at the time of receipt and tell us within 7 days — a note on the waybill makes a courier claim straightforward, and its absence makes one difficult. Our Returns Policy sets out what happens next.
